Aini language Turkic or Iranic?

I came across this article in Wiki and did a little bit research. From my point of view this is an Iranic language which has been heavily influenced by Uighur language.

What is your opinion? especially if you are Tajik, Uighur, or you can speak one of them.

Region  Southwest Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Hetian, Luopu, Moyu, Shache, Yingjisha, and Shulekuche counties; Kashgar area, Yengixar (Shule) town, Hanalik and Paynap villages, and Gewoz village near Hoban.

Dialects  Has the same grammar as Uyghur [uig] but much Persian [pes] vocabulary. Some consider it a dialect of Uyghur [uig], others an Iranian language heavily influenced by Uyghur. The government classifies them as Uyghur nationality.
