Greetings to everyone!

If you learn Russian language and history, there is a video series to watch. Many history series about Russia - war events, rulers, crafts, trade and so on.

Based on the Karamzin's version (authoritive russian historian - check wikipedia for additional information).
More info in the video description -

Hello Marina

I tried to download the sample, but the file is missing.
I wrote them about it.

I would suggest watching History of that period from other authoritative sources also. Not only from Russian Historians. It is well documented and is a matter of fact that these days Historians are strongly influenced by the Kremlin propaganda machine to tell stories the way it suits their narrative. Thus for a more holistic view, I would also suggest checking other sources. Be it from English historians, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Finish, Swedish or other that have been involved directly or indirectly in the development of that region.  This way you will be able to get at least actual facts of what happened and if it was true and also find fishy points that do not add up.
