This threat is inspired by one of those ole thread I saw in your Archives. We will be talking about our favorite food, drink or snack. You may discuss about how to make them or where to find or buy them. Pictures and ingredient list will be most welcome.

I start with my favorite Salad which is Greek Salad.
Ingredients
Onion, Tomato, Romaine Lettuce, Feta Cheese, Black Olive, (Cucumber is optional), Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper and finally Greek Dressing. You may add grilled chicken or beef and have a great meal.

Bon Appetit! Wink

Your salad sounds great - not far from my favorite...  we could easily share that meal...
A one inch steak on the grill is a fav in the summetime - Australian or South African red wine to go with it - along with your salad... great.

However my favorite food also include fish - almost any kind of fish, salmon, trout, cod, flounder, eel and many more...

We also eat pork here in DK in many shapes and forms.
We have just selected a new national dish here in DK - fried bacon (or just fried slices from a fat piece of pork) with white potatoes and parsil gravy (white baked gravy with chopped parsil)
