Seeing as Australia will be one of the first nations to experience the festivites, I thought I would do the honours and wish everyone a magnificent Christmas. May you enjoy many fond moments with loved ones and friends, receive a few well chosen presents, and find it within yourself to be kind to the less fortunate over this festive season. Cheers!

Merry Christmas to you all!!

Some christmas gifts for you. First, a joke in Spanish (I would be banned if I put it in English)

And a Christmas song (Villancico) in Spanish...

Christmas Day is predicted to be 20 degrees celcius with lots of rain. I am a bit amazed by this, as normally it is in the mid 30s with a scorching sun and plenty of barbeque and beer worthy conditions. I promise to down a South Australia Moscato for you in 12 hours AoO Wink

I'm resisting the urge to share my sudden lack of Christmas spirit with the imbeciles of Continental airlines who have left me potentially stranded in Boston!

EDIT! Holiday victory is mine! My many thanks to the folks who have elected to volunteer to give up their seats so others could travel, either on my flight or on any others!

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year to all!

A great scene!  I wish it were summer here.  Currently it is + one degree C.....freezing rain forecast for tonight and early tomorrow.  Good thing we are staying home this year and having Christmas dinner with a few other couples and our guests of honor -  roast tenderloin and bordeau!

And martinis.....you can't forget the martinis.  Big smile

Merry Christmas everyone.

And a merry Christmas from Luxembourg, which was white until a few hours ago, when it all melted. Unless you're determined to not celebrate it, in which case feel free.

23 and raining. First rain in about 2 months. The weather system is the tropical cyclone that hit the Pilbra a couple of days ago. Best possible christmas present.

And spare a thought to the people of Bethlehem, who can't get to Jerusalem anymore due to a wall.

Merry Christmas to all!

We had a blizzard here in NW Texas yesterday, about 7-8 inches of snow, not as bad as what they usually get up in the north. Still, we are trying too dig our way out of it. A blizzard needs to be experienced too be believed!

Actually bethlehem would have been closer in the weather to Aqaba back then which means temps around 17-20C.

Anway, Happy Xmas for all who celebrate it wether it be 25th or 7th.
