Minnesota government shuts down as budget talks stall


The governor of Minnesota asked for government shut down because they couldn't come to a common conclusion with GOP party on the budget matters. What's next?

The Minnesota government was forced to shut down Friday for the second time in six years after lawmakers failed to reach a budget agreement before a midnight Thursday deadline.
