The Qopuz part where he played was really really good. Now that is our culture, no any other people neither has that Qopuz, nor that style. He really played good. From 1:56 to 2:36.

Iran is in the around of Turkey, Iraq, Syria. modern Iranian people almost gather Islamic  knowledge & political factor. now they place them in the whole world. i share with you some things. thanks

My understanding is that Modern Iranic languages are derived from the Proto Indo/European of the Pontic/Caspian Steppes region. While other European languages also devolve from the PIE, the Iranic langauages (Iraqi, Iranian and others in the region) are the closest.
