    1. If you devote work into the equal efficiency of a task, then you have gained nothing.
    2. If the work x that you devote into making a task efficient is lesser than the efficiency of the task, then long term gain of efficiency is incurred in a constant scale θ.
    3. The work x necessary to sustain the growth of its method θ increases at an exponential rate xx.
    4. Eventually reached is a point Ϙ at which the efficiency of the task is exceeded by the expanding need for further work to sustain θ.
    5. A new use of work y must then be used to re-begin the exponential climb yx necessary to maintain θ
    6. If x goes beyond θ then y must compensate with extended exponential increase yz>x

What is meant by efficiency in this context?

And work? And I don't think x^x is correctly described as exponential.

Sounds like a Peterlin Principle.

Or another management fad.

You've hit it on the head, Pike! The above is little more than a rationalization as to why one must guarantee profits through exclusivity so as to make any erstwhile lengthy endeavor attractive. One of the most scandalous consequences has been the "patenting" of genes!

As I think Omar picked up, what was written was essentially meaningless verbiage, if one tries to use established definitions of efficiency and work.

So I dont see how it can be a rationalisation of anything.
