After introducing myself successfully I wanted to post a new topic, on the Military History  forum. But this attempt failed. The message was that I am not allowed to post a new topic. Please let me know what are limitations of posting on different forums. What is required to be able to post new topics? I hope I will be able to comment on existing topics; I will try this now. 

The FAQ section was not very useful; perhaps I missed something. Thank you in advance.

Please direct you inquiry in the personal message section to the administrator Seko. He will inform you of the ins and outs. There are several sections of the Forum open to posting solely by "experienced" members with a set number of posts under the belt, and such also includes the "creation" of new threads.

You will need to post under one of the sub-forums at the Military History section.
