North Korean leader Kim-Jong-Il's health has been failing for sometime now as he has been plagued by a series of aliments which have limited many of his appearances in public. However his health has continued to decline including a diagnosis most recently of pancreatic cancer in which he only is estimated to have only months to over a year to live according to sources. This all creates issues for the line of succession in the DPRK, since Kim's heir apparent one of his sons is regarded as inexperienced and to young as well he is in equally bad health as his father. This all opens the prospects of a military takeover of the leadership of the North Korean Government if one hasn't already taken place given the DPRK's increasing belligerence.

Here is an article from CBS News about the elder Kim's health,

Well I read a few things on Wikipedia while back and it said that there are rumors that he has been dead for a while sounds like a bunch of bull. It's Wikipedia tho so what do u expect but I read that he is going to make Kim Jung un his successor and he's a chip off the old block.

I'm worried what Jong Il maybe realizing that he's dying and he will cause trouble for people over there.
