Correct, he is a Turkish national by a chance of 100 percent - because of his name.

So, if my name is Bob SMITH, my ethnicity is?

Ohh my that would be hard to determine thanks to English names being everywhere

The point I'm making is that you cannot possible detect a persons ethnicity or even nationality by their name.

For example, my family name is Old German/Old English. I'm Caucasian, with brown hair and blue eyes. My DNA is Japanese Ainu (D2a1b), my maternal line is Irish and my nationality is Australian.
