The AE Council members have been unanimous in their agreement with the ban imposed on Scourge for his misbehaviour. Despite being given many warnings and a two week suspension, this member's continued abuse of the Code of Conduct (going so far as to threaten other members) indicates a member who showed no willingness to improve their behaviour. No disagreement existed within the staff body regarding the imposition of this ban. As the Council (composed currently of Akolouthos, Constantine XI and Omar al Hashim) is the ultimate authority regarding bannings, this decision is the one which confirms and establishes the ban as formal and binding.

On the plus side for him, Scourge will be gratified to have motivated authority figures to impose the death penalty (on him), or at least the version most closely resembling it in an internet discussion forum.

Nicely put, Constantine.   I missed out on most of his contributions(?) but after reading that death penalty thread, I do think that he would be gratified by this action.   It wont save us any revenue but some time which I hear is money.  I just find it very amusing.  Thanks for the laughs, Scourge!
Nothing requires a greater effort of thought than arguments to justify the rule of non-thought.
