That just brought me all kinds of happiness that words can not describe......  so much more hope for internet and technology in general.... and renewed sense of hope for the humanity....our future, our creativity, our collective unconscious.

I can play with that for hours and hours, even 18 hours and 40 mins.....

Neu! - Hallogallo   ....trippy, beautiful, mesmerising..utterly gorgeous i think...

Tangerine Dream-Part of 'Ricochet'....only a sample and a rough recording, but check out the whole album, perhaps the birth of progressive and deep trance music.....astounding...

Kraftwerk-Radioactivity....disturbing but beautiful at the same time....a great vision...the most influential band of all time???...

Ah! Leah! by Donnie Iris.  Very catchy, took me a while to figure out what the heck they were saying.  Found the website to the local radio station, able to look it up, awesome.

haha I just saw this! Thanks Balaam! haha. yeh those two are tools sometimes, they both like eachother and are yet to admit it... so they take their sexual tension out on my fb page! and then accuse me of posting up lyrics to attract certain males' attention... either way I think that status was a success because I surely spread the Owl City love. But acknowledgement must go to knights for getting me into them. Don't like all their songs, but i love love love fireflies and if my heart was a house.

Atm I'm listening to Galvin Rossdale, Love remains the same. kei$ha Tik Tok, Owl City Fireflies, HR King Glamour Baby, James Morrison- You Make it Real, Chris Brown- Crawl, Rihanna- Firebomb and The Fray- Over my head (cable car). Oh and I can't forget, the timeless song which I've loved and still am not sick of after over ten years: Seven Days by Craig David. That song I sweart transcends time itself!

Hope all is well with everyone and sorry for being so inactive from AE for so long, my life has been running a muck and has been very very busy! (a good sign I hope!)

Greetings tune trolls...

....here are a couple of tracks from my favourite Santana album Abraxas, which has had some pretty heavy rotation today...!!
oh, and i slipped in some Scorpions with perhaps one of the heaviest tracks they ever made...this version has the 'proper' guitar solo...not the disjointed experimental solo that Rudy chose to put on another version....Evil Smile

Scorpions-China White

..and seeing how it is 'related', i could not possibly leave without dishing up some Mad Mickey Schenker...does more with three fingers than some guitarists do with ten!!!....

MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP-LIGHTS OUT

happy rockin'....AoO...!!

Oh this is what it's all about for me today: skip to 4 min 35 seconds for some Persian classical music from a true master (everything before that is warm up).

Cool, is that Carlos Santana? No.  Interesting name he's picked for that funky song.

...yup, Mr Carlos himself...you know, in the thirty years i have had that album, i never bothered to found out what exactly that 'incident' was...shame on me...will do it now....Embarrassed...

..but while i am posting....

...i know everybody into rock madness knows the song Parisienne Walkways, but i stumbled on this video which features  his royal Irish highness, Sir Philip of Lynott...rockiest of  rock stars and so cool he could freeze a fire at ten paces...stunning, brings a slight tear to my eye...Hug

Given the cold and blustery winds, while I clink away at the Notebook keys, my earphones reverberate the tunes played on the Titanic that fateful night as recalled by Lawrence Revsley, a survivor. The first cut, played by the recreated White Star Orchestra strikes The White Star March.

Macabre? Not really and 1912 is a critical point in the evolution of modern music...who could not wonder about a tune titled Lily of Laguna?

What you don't believe me? Check it out--

..at the mo, i am checking out Australia's Wolfmother and their tip tip version of Led Zep's Communication Breakdown....bloody good it is too...!!!...if your speakers are bass heavy, you will love this.....

..PS..what is it about Australia and the country's ability to churn out damn fine down-to-earth rock bands???...e'g..AC/DC, Wolfmother, Rose Tattoo, Airbourne etc..is there something in the water?...or maybe the beer??...
